Rising Star is dedicated to the total learning needs of children with cerebral palsy and other motor disabilities. At Rising Star, young children will benefit from an innovative, standards-based curriculum that places equal emphasis on achieving academic goals and developing motor skills. In a motivational environment adapted for special physical needs, children will extensively practice basic motor functions, such as sitting, standing and walking. Active involvement in learning will lead to greater academic success.
